About Our Kadhai Paneer

At Royal Crown, our Kadhai Paneer is made with fresh, house-made paneer that is soft and milky on the inside with a slight sear on the outside. It is tossed in a vibrant tomato and capsicum-based gravy, cooked in the traditional kadhai (iron wok) to develop that characteristic smoky, charred edge that sets this dish apart from ordinary paneer curries.

The gravy is built on whole spices — coriander seeds, dried red chillies, kasuri methi — giving it a rustic, bold character.
